RETURN POLICY

Returns must be lodged within 7 days of purchase date.

We kindly request that all returns be are in good condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please note that refunds will not be provided for items showing signs of tarnish or wear and tear. We also advise adhering to the jewellery care instructions provided with your purchase to ensure the longevity and quality of our products. Your adherence to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

If your jewellery matches the above conditions. Take the parcel to your local post office to ship and acquire an official shipping label over the counter. 

Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. 

Our returns policy does not extend to 'change of mind'. We kindly ask that returns be initiated only for reasons pertaining to product defects or discrepancies.

Return shipping expenses, custom charges and govt taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly request that you arrange and cover the cost of returning any items to us.

Once returns are received, they will be processed within 5 business days.
